Paintballing Ts & Cs

• Paintballs are not included in this offer.
   
• The 1st 100 Paintballs must be pre-purchased for each player at the time of booking to secure the date. £10.00 per 100 paintballs online or £11.50 over the phone. Paintballs are non-refundable and non-transferable. Paintballs thereafter are purchaced on site when required at a reduced rate of between £5 and £8 per 100 depending on location.
   
• Entry tickets (Printed or gift vouchers) must be presented on the day of the event along with your reference code or the full entry fee of £25 per person will be payable.
   
• If a member of your group fails to attend the event they will lose their pre-payment and are no longer entitled to their 1st 100 paintballs.
   
• Games cannot be cancelled or moved within 2 weeks prior to the play date. If this is moved it is subject to whether the site can accommodate the remaining players on the date you wish to move from.
   
• The supplier holds Public Liability Insurance, Personal Accident insurance is not included. On arrival at your paintball day you will have to sign a personal registration form which releases and indemnifies responsibility of any personal injury.
   
• Paintballers must arrive at the specified time on your date of play as there is a safety briefing which cannot be missed!
   
• Minimum age is 12 but locations do vary so please check that your chosen location has the minimum age policy you require when you book your location.
   
• There is no disabled access.
   
• No refunds.
   
• We value all our customers and their security, therefore all online payments are completed through PayPal.

Comedy Club Laugh Pass Ts & Cs

• Entry to the club is restricted to persons aged 18 years or over.
   
• The venue reserves the right to require proof of age before admission to the club.
  (ID Accepted: Valid Passport or Valid Drivers Licence)
   
• Please note although the venue will endeavour to have all your party on one table larger parties may be split across tables and smaller parties may be sharing their table with others.
  
   
• Locations featuring a disco remove some tables after the comedy is finished.
   
• Advance Bookings are essential. Valid Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, seating subject to availability.
   
• Open days and times vary at locations please check at time of booking.   
   
• Saturday nights are very popular so please have a second choice of night to avoid disappointment.
   
• Show nights will vary according to location.
   
• Increases in the party size are subject to availability.
   
• Some locations may operate strobe lighting during the show.
   
• Show times and ticket collection details will be e-mailed to all completed bookings.
   
• A non-refundable booking fee of £1.00 to £2.00 per person is required when booking dependant on location.
   
• At some locations if your party is for 15 or more, you will be charged a £5 per head non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
   
• All venues have a maximum party size restriction of 35 for mixed sex parties, and 16 for single sex parties.
   
• All single sex parties of 16 or over & mixed sex parties of 36 or over must pay a returnable ‘Good Behaviour Cash Bond’ of £100 on arrival.
   
• Although unusual shows may be cancelled at short notice, on the rare occasion that this may occur you will be informed as soon as possible and offered an alternative evening to the same value at the same location or a full refund at the venues discretion
